Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within 24 hours. Please note that this may go into your junk/spam if you have not shopped with us online before.

How can I track my delivery?

Yes. To ensure the security of your order a signature is required when a delivery is made.

How much do you charge for delivery?

All orders over $40 get free shipping, all others have a  flat rate of $9.90 shipping applies to all orders shipped within USA. All express deliveries will be priced separately and you will be informed at the time of purchase.

Can I exchange an item that was purchased Online?

Yes. The easiest and fastest way to exchange an item purchased on stramwire.com is to return the item with your proof of purchase to your nearest Stramwire Kitchen and Dining Supplies store. You can visit our Returns Policy page for more information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order by calling our Customer Service Guru, Amanda at 727-685-7925

Please note we aim to despatch your items as quickly as possible, so we will not be able to make any changes to your order if it has already been despatched.

I’ve seen something in your catalogue but it’s not online. How do I purchase the item?

You can call our Customer Service number 877-484-8260 and we can discuss arranging a telephone order.

How do I join the VIP Club?

No purchase is necessary, simply sign up online to establish your personal account and begin to earn points from the first moment you shop with us online or in-store.

How do I earn points?

We award 1 point for every $1 that you spend. I.e. if you spend $499 on an appliance you’ll receive 499 points.

How do I spend my points?

You must accrue a minimum of 200 points before you can redeem them. 200 points equals $10.00 when redeemed against future purchases.

From this point on you can spend points in blocks of 200. I.e. if you have 700 points in your account you can redeem a maximum of 600. VIP points have $0 cash value. Points can only be redeemed against purchases in-store.
